We operate globally and ship worldwide to most major destinations.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped usually within 2-3 days. Due to high demands on some of our popular products, please allow 7-14 business days for orders to the United States and 10-20 business days for international orders. We will email you a shipment notification once your order ships that will include a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Visit our Shipping for more information.
Please keep in mind that we are still operating in the middle of a pandemic.
Will I get my order in one shipment?
Not always. Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, contact us at support@pampermenow.us
Why isn't my tracking number working?
Tracking information is usually available within 5-10 days of shipment.
My Order
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible (on the same day you ordered) and we will do our best to cancel your order. We have a 1-2 day handling process, once the item/s leave the warehouse, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order.
I canceled my order and it's showing up on my credit card statement as being charged?
This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. If you received a confirmation email from us that confirmed your order was canceled, your bank/credit card will remove the hold in 3-5 business days.
I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible (the same day you ordered). We have a 1-2 day handling process, so we will do our best to correct your order before it ships out.
I am missing an item, what do I do?
a) If you ordered more than one item please check your tracking notifications. Items may be shipped separately.
b) Should you discover an item missing, notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. We are not responsible for missing items 14 days after the item/s have been delivered.
